Who Does Country Roots sell to?
Country Roots is a wholesale manufacturer and sells to Retail Stores> and Interior Designers. On the occasion that we have an inquiry from an individual who doesn't live in the area of a Country Roots representative (either a retail store or interior designer) we will sell to the individual but at retail pricing.

Does Country Roots sell direct?
Country Roots does not sell direct unless we receive an inquiry from an individual who doesn't live in the area of a Country Roots representative (either a retail store or interior designer). We sell to these individuals at retail prices.

How does my store qualify for Wholesale pricing right away?
First, your store must contact us with specific information. You can do so by filling out the Online Application Form. Second, if you'd like to qualify for automatic wholesale pricing on your first order you will have to purchase a Gallery Package for your showroom floor. If you opt not to purchase a Gallery Package it is possible to receive wholesale pricing, depending on the size of your fist order. These details will be worked out once we receive an application.

Can my store buy a single product from you to fulfill a customer request?
Yes. However, if you order a single product to fulfill a customer request, you will not receive wholesale pricing. Your retail store will receive a Designer Discount of 20%-30%.

What is the average delivery time?
The average delivery time is 6-8 weeks. This can vary and is dependent on the amount of customization your order requires.

Can Country Roots do custom finishing?
Absolutely! Country Roots prides itself on it's quality custom finishing. It's what really sets us apart from the competition. We offer a selection of 25 paints and stains (color chart) which offers virtually limitless combinations. We will also finish our furniture in any Benjamin Moore paint color. Further more, if we are provided with a sample we will do our best to match any existing finish.

Can Country Roots build custom furniture?
Yes. We will customize our existing furniture line to your specifications and we will often accommodate custom furniture designs. Any customization to the existing product line must be discussed with an expert at Country Roots to ensure that the quality of the product will not be compromised by the changes. In some cases, a sketch will be necessary to illustrate the requested changes. Any custom designs must be accompanied by sketches and measurements and submitted to a Country Roots expert for review.

Are there catalogs available?
Yes. Country Roots offers a comprehensive 300-product color catalog in a beautiful leatherette binder. It's perfect for any showroom. The catalog is offered for free with your initial order or can be purchased for $150.00. The cost will then be put towards your first order. In addition, we are continually sending catalog update pages as well as brochures and product fact sheets that will make your sales staff's jobs easier.

Are there color samples available?
Yes. A pine color sample of each finish color (paints and stains) is sent with the catalog. Half of each color sample shows the distressed and/or rubbed finish and the other side shows the non-distressed finish.

Is all your furniture distressed or can I get varied degrees of distressing?
You can specify any level of distressing you and/or your customer desires. We offer anything from no distressing to to heavy distressing, for an old-world appeal. All purchases orders should be as specific as possible when describing the desired finish.
